Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot issue a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned product. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original credit card or payment method within 7 days.Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for a similar one, please contact us before returning the item.
Shipping returns
To return a product, please send it to the address on the website.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
